Shipping Policy

ScentHive processes and ships orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once the order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. ScentHive is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

ScentHive is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scenthive.shop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
