Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
ScentHive does not accept returns or exchanges on any decanted fragrances once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scenthive.shop@gmail.com with:

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ScentHive is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and tracking your shipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Email us to cancel an order.
